If you go to Publix to grab the Kashi Oatmeal deal, pick up some Whole Fruit Sorbet ; it is BOGO this week ($1.45 each). We love this stuff (our favorite is the lemon). It is really rich so you wouldn't sit down and have a bowl of it...a little goes a long way.
Ingredients in the lemon sorbet:
Micron Filtered Water, Corn Syrup Solids, Sugar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Pectin, and Natural Flavor.
