Just BLT's

The other day I was looking at my tomatoes and started craving a Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwich. Bread is out, so I decided to make a bacon, tomato and lettuce wrap. If you can't have bread, or are wanting to cut out carbs...this is the way to go!

This recipe is free of milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish

Ingredients
1 lb bacon cooked
3-4 sliced tomatoes (I had Roma tomatoes from my garden)
Hearts of Romaine Hearts
mustard (or other condiment of choice)

Directions
Put condiment of choice on your lettuce leaf then add a few slices of bacon and tomato; wrap and eat.
